Jack Johnson Sentenced to 7 Years – Finally
The Chitlin Queen - Victim of the Jack Johnson Administration
Is Now Seeking Damages for Being Run Off Ager Road in Hyattsville
On December 6, 2011, Federal Court, Greenbelt, MD: "Jack Johnson could have been a role model for integrity, but he chose to be a poster child for greed," said U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein. "The facts of this case read like a dime novel because the defendant acted as if corruption was the normal way of doing business. It is our responsibility to prove him wrong."
The man who almost destroyed my business was sentenced to jail today. Jack Johnson drove me off of Ager road seven years ago. After investing a half million dollars and following every zoning and building code demand my property was zoned residential. I had no recourse to recoup my investment. Now I have proof that it was Jack Johnson and his administration that drove me off Ager Road because I was in the way of a development deal (that he took bribes to secure). And as he told the press he felt that the Chitlin Market – a business that sold Chitlins - was demeaning to the black community. That’s the politics of Chitlins. I’ve faced it before but I have a million plus customers who treasure my hand cleaned Chitlins and I can’t keep up with orders during the holiday season.
Now that Jack Johnson has been sentenced and with the help of the press I will get my money back from the city of Hyattsville and Prince Georges County. I was told by an attorney who defends the County that I could get my money back but I would have to “blow it up in the press” and “embarrass the County”. Press – I call on you to help me go after them and make a case for all the victims of political corruption. It isn’t enough for this man to go to jail. His victims must be compensated.
